Now here’s a new way to indulge in a delicious Middle Eastern style pizza! Slather a prepared pizza dough with olive oil, sprinkle on some herbaceous za’atar—and wow you’ve just discovered a new twist on a favourite. Words can’t explain how excited we are about Za’atar pizza and we hope you love it too!

Prepared pizza dough for a personal pizza | |
¼ CUP | ARVINDA’S ZA’ATAR |
3 TBSP. | olive oil |
Sea salt, to taste |
Preheat the oven to 500F/260C/Gas Mark 10.
Divide the pizza dough into four small 4-inch diameter pizzas. Brush on the oil and sprinkle on ARVINDA’S ZA’ATAR. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes or until golden in colour and the dough is cooked.
Season with salt, to taste before serving.
